SPELLING

Our planet, the Earth, has two movements:

Revolution (around the Sun) takes 365=1 year.
Thanks to this movement we have... SEASONS!

Rotation (on its own axis) takes 24 hours=1 day.
Thanks to this movement we have... DAY AND NIGHT!

This video shows the explanation:

Remember that this spelling has two different kinds of vocabulary: SEASONS and PARTS OF THE DAY.

SEASONS:

autumn
winter
spring
summer

Antonio Lucio VIVALDI (1678-1741) was an Italian composer.

He was very famous because of this music.
He wrote this and called it "The four seasons":

Now we are in autumn
American English uses another word for this season: FALL (Tanya does!)

Each season has three months.
Have a look to this calendar.
Can you find November?

Do you know in which order are the four seasons in this picture?

All of them are beautiful, aren't they?

TIMES OF THE DAY:

morning
afternoon
evening
night

A day has 24 hours.
Do you want to watch that in just 1 minute?

Amazing video from sunrise to sunset:
